ISO: A missing female with this tattoo. The closest I've come to identifying her is locating a tattoo artist in New Jersey who gave the tattoo approximately 10 years ago to an unknown female. The case I'm researching involves an unidentified body from August 2008 in Norman, Ok. Any and all tips will be greatly appreciated.link
